Find travellers and places worth following

Browse, under Together in the menu, is where other people's trips show up: moments, shared trips and community spots from travellers. Anything in it can go straight into your plan.

Explore and Following

• Explore is hot-ranked public moments from everyone. If you have an active trip, Explore leans toward its region, so someone planning Oregon sees more Oregon moments without the feed becoming Oregon-only.
• Following is chronological: only moments from people you follow, newest first. Tap a traveller's name in Explore to open their profile and follow them there, or use Friends in Messages, to fill this one in.
• Saved sits beside them, with your bookmarked moments. Your own moments are not a Browse tab: they are the first tab of your profile, where you can open, edit and delete them.
• Two menus narrow the feed: a time range (Any time, Past 24 hours, Past week or Past month) and one category at a time (All categories, or one of 12 from Hiking & Trails to Everything Else). They filter Explore, Following and Saved, and when nothing matches, Clear filters puts the feed back.

Two ways to look

Switch between Feed view and Grid view with the toggle at the right end of the tab row; the app remembers which one you picked. Feed shows full cards, with shared trips, community spots and spot collections woven in on Explore and Following while no category filter is on, and a row of People you may know after the third post. Grid is a photo wall of moments only, three across, each tile opening the same card in a lightbox over top of the feed.

Working with a moment

• Like and comment on any moment; up to two comments preview under the card, and opening the thread loads the rest.
• The bookmark icon (Save) keeps a moment in your Saved tab for later.
• Add to trip pins the place behind a moment into one of your trips: pick the trip and it lands as a saved spot linked to it, then the app switches you into the planner with the pin right there.
• The card's ⋯ menu has Edit and Delete on your own moments, Report on anyone else's, and Copy link on public moments.

Activity

The bell in the header opens Activity. It collects likes, upvotes and comments on your moments and spots, plus new followers and follow requests, coalesced so a busy moment reads as one line ("Alice and 2 others liked your moment") instead of a dozen. Rows sit under New, Today, This week and Earlier. Opening the panel marks everything in it read, and tapping a row takes you straight to the profile, spot or moment behind it. A follow request badges the bell; a trip invite badges Messages instead.

Answer a follow request where it stands: Confirm or Delete sits on its row. A new follower gets a Follow back button on theirs, and Suggested for you closes the list with a few people to follow.
